My house is about 20 years old. It is two-story home of about 2,400 square feet. I am planning to sell my house soon. I am looking for somebody to pressure wash the outside and replace some of the trim that has rotted. In particular, the trim in the backyard. We used to have an overgrowth of trees so much of the trim in the backyard got damaged due to moisture. There is a very long piece of trim, for example, that trims the chimney that is about half rotted away. So basically, I am looking for a good cleaning and trim replacement/repair and possibly paint if it is recommended. Oh, and one additional thing, if possible, there is a very short expanse of gutter that needs to be replaced or repaired. It is about 2 feet long on the left side of my house. Before we got our trees trimmed, a tree damaged it. I am not sure if that is also something you do.
